TAT - Up to 30 business days*.

*not including weekends and or holidays. 
- any orders made with any clothing items will ship after entire order is complete.

SHIPPING- once items are fulfilled, they are dropped off at the post office within two business days. I am not responsible for lost or missing packages.

RETURNS/REFUNDS- we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless items are damaged/defective. Please contact me within two business days of receiving items at knottedrosee@gmail.com for any issues with your order.

MISC.- My clip fell out- clips are removable for repositioning, they are to be worn with supervision. Clips slide right back into the bow- if you need assistance please feel free to reach out I will send you a how to video.
