How KRCO ordering works
Ordering your custom KRCO piece is easy! Follow the steps below to choose your style, print, size, and available customizations.
Step 1: Choose Your Item
Browse the website and select the item/style you would like to order.
Styles are now listed individually, making it easier to shop for exactly what you're looking for. Browse Tops, Bottoms, Dresses & Rompers, Sets, and other available styles, then select the item you'd like to customize.
Step 2: Choose Your Print
Once you've selected your item, choose the print you'd like for your piece. Available prints are listed on the site or you can also check our VIP, + Google Drive for more!
You will screen shot + upload your print on each item. Please be sure to double-check your print selection before adding the item to your cart.
Step 3: Choose Your Size
Select the size needed for your child.
Most KRCO items tend to fit true to size (TTS); however, sizing can vary between patterns. For the best fit, I highly recommend choosing a size based on your child's actual measurements rather than age alone.

Step 4: Customize Your Item
Depending on the style you select, additional options may be available.
These can include:
- Sleeve length
- Bodice options
- Add-ons
- Style-specific customizations
Not every option is available for every style, so please review the choices shown on the product page and select your preferences.
Please note: Some options or larger sizes may include an additional charge. Any applicable price adjustment will be shown when selecting the option.
Step 5: Review & Add to Cart
Before adding your item to your cart, take a moment to review all of your selections.
Please double-check your:
Style • Print • Size • Sleeve Length • Bodice Options • Add-Ons
Once everything looks correct, select Add to Cart.
If you're ordering multiple items, continue shopping and repeat these steps for each piece.
Step 6: Checkout
When you're finished shopping, head to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter your shipping address, contact information, and payment details. If you have a discount code, you can enter it during checkout.
There is also a notes section available for order notes or requests.
IMPORTANT: Leaving a request in the notes does not guarantee that the request can be accommodated. Any request or customization that normally requires an additional charge will not be completed unless you contact me first so your order/invoice can be updated.
Please review your entire order carefully before submitting it.
Once everything is correct, complete checkout and your KRCO order is officially placed! ♡
TURNAROUND TIME
Current turnaround time (TAT) may vary depending on the type of order.
RUSH ORDERS: Rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Please contact me before ordering to confirm availability.
PREORDERS: Turnaround time may vary depending on fabric arrival and preorder details.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Turnaround time may vary depending on the specific request, fabric availability, and complexity of the item.
